40 hours per week
5 days over 7 varying between 7am and 6pm
We’re on the hunt for two creative, driven Sous Chefs to bring flavour, flair, and leadership to our vibrant kitchen at Next Leicester.
This is not your average kitchen job – it’s a chance to be part of a growing team where fresh ideas and quality ingredients matter just as much as consistency and pace.
As a Sous Chef, you\’ll:
- Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
- Inspire and support your team to deliver food they’re proud of
- Be hands-on across prep, service, and maintaining high standards
- Help shape daily specials and contribute to a fresh-led menu
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a strong CDP or existing Sous Chef
- A true foodie who loves creating dishes that wow
- Confident in running a shift and supporting junior chefs
- Passionate about food hygiene, safety, and doing things the right way
