We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our Culinary Support Team working within a 50 mile radius of the Peterborough region, however National travel will be required in line with business needs. We are in search of a skilled, passionate, and seasoned Chef Manager to oversee all facets of managing the exceptional standard of delivery and expectations at each site they operate. With ambition and commercial insight, coupled with the ability to impact daily operations, you will enhance your team's performance. You will lead by example and establish high standards.

About You
  • Previous chef manager background required
  • Experience in a management role
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexible in approach to their working hours and environment
  • Required to travel as part of the role
  • Must have a driving licence due to nature of the role
  • Self-motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Understanding of Health, Safety and the Environment principles
  • Motivated by a passion for quality and service delivery
  • Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
