Sector: Eurest, Compass Group UK&I Contract: Full Time This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on culinary professional who enjoys leading a team, delivering great food and service, and building strong relationships with clients and customers. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards across the operation while supporting commercial performance and identifying opportunities to improve and grow the business. Build positive relationships with the client and communicate any on-site changes to your line manager. Ensure action plans are completed following client satisfaction surveys. Deliver hospitality to the required standard and identify opportunities to upsell and increase revenue. Ensure company promotions are implemented correctly and products are accurately priced. Identify additional business opportunities and discuss these with your line manager. Record and minimise food waste. Lead, support, coach and develop the team, ensuring everyone has the training they need to succeed. Ensure the team follows all Health & Safety and Food Safety policies. Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in line with required standards and portion specifications. Manage food orders, deliveries, receipt of goods and appropriate storage. Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the kitchen and surrounding areas. Support the wider operation with other reasonable duties to ensure an effective food service. About You We're looking for someone who can combine strong culinary skills with confident people management . Previous management experience in a similar Chef Manager or senior culinary role. A genuine passion for food and delivering an excellent customer experience. A strong understanding of food safety, HSE and operational standards.
