What you’ll be doing
- Leading and supporting the catering team to deliver great food and excellent customer service.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and service.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen and catering operation.
- Promoting a positive, supportive team environment and leading by example.
- Following all food safety, allergen, health and safety and company procedures.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and assisting with other duties as required.
- Attending relevant training sessions and meetings, putting your learning into practice.
- Representing Compass Group professionally and helping to maintain a positive company image.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a chef or catering leadership role.
- A genuine passion for food, quality and customer service.
- A positive, can‑do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
- The ability to motivate and support a team in a busy environment.
- A flexible approach to working, including 5 days over 7 depending on business needs.
- A commitment to training, personal development and consistently high standards.
