- Chef Manager to lead our friendly catering operation in
Lutterworth .

- What you'll be doing No two days are the same, but you'll be responsible for:
- Creating delicious breakfasts for 10-15 colleagues each morning.
- Preparing fresh, high-quality hot lunches for around 40-50 customers daily.
- Developing an exciting deli offer including baguettes, paninis and wraps.
- Ordering food, coffee bar supplies and retail stock.
- Managing food production, waste and menu planning to maximise quality and minimise waste.
- Building strong relationships with your client and delivering excellent customer service.
- Providing occasional hospitality for meetings and events.
- Leading and developing a small team, including HR processes and payroll.
- Managing the site's P&L with support from your Regional Manager and Finance team.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, allergen management, health & safety and compliance.

- Loves cooking fresh, quality food.
- Has previous experience managing a catering operation.
- Understands food cost control, stock management and commercial performance.
- Enjoys leading and developing people.
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Takes pride in creating a welcoming dining experience.
