Are you a natural leader with a passion for food and a head for kitchen management? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional food and service every day. As Chef Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind both the kitchen operations and the food offering. You’ll be hands‑on in the kitchen, leading by example while also managing all aspects of food production, kitchen standards, team development, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen
- Lead and support a small kitchen team
- Plan and deliver high‑quality menus using fresh ingredients
- Manage food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance
- Handle stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
