About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead our catering operation at ExxonMobile in Fife. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate food professional to take ownership of a diverse and fast‑paced food service environment.

Compensation & Working Hours

£29,568 per annum. 35 Hours per week. Monday – Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of catering staff

About You

  • Proven experience in a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or senior catering role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
  • Financial awareness with experience managing budgets and GP
  • Food Safety Level 3 (or equivalent) desirable
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to business needs
