Eurest is looking for an experienced and motivated Catering Manager to lead the catering operation at our Royal Mail site in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader with a background in contract catering who is passionate about delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day catering operation on site
- Lead, manage and develop the catering team
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and service
- Manage budgets, stock control and ordering
- Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety and company standards
- Build strong relationships with the client and site stakeholders
About You
- Previous contract catering experience is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Financially aware with experience managing budgets
- A Basic DBS check will be required for this role
