Hospitality Host

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Hospitality Host to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Eurest on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Hospitality Host, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding hospitality service at Grand Prix events, ensuring a seamless guest experience at all times.
• Provide confident table, wine, and drinks service across various hospitality spaces.
• Maintain a warm, professional, and detail-focused approach to guest care.
• Collaborate with the catering, logistics, and front‑of‑house teams to ensure efficient service transitions.
• Ensure hospitality spaces are well‑presented, clean, and guest‑ready throughout the event.
• Assist in team set up and pack‑down at each race, contributing to operational excellence.
• Support brand presence by representing the company and race team with discretion and professionalism.
• Participate in stock and equipment inventory between events.
• Contribute to general support at HQ, including hospitality preparation, light administration, and logistics.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• Strong passion for hospitality, food, drink, and guest service.
• Proven experience in luxury or premium service environments.
• Confident in table and wine service, with a focus on detail and guest interaction.
• Highly organised and able to multitask in high‑pressure settings.
• Impeccable personal presentation and communication style.
• Flexible and positive team player, willing to adapt to different roles and locations.
• Able to travel frequently and work irregular hours, including weekends.

Desirable:

• Experience in motorsport, luxury events, or international hospitality.
• Additional language skills.
• WSET, Food Safety or similar qualifications.
• Basic logistical or administrative knowledge.
• Valid driving licence.
