Key Responsibilities- Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
- Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers
- Identify opportunities to improve food service standards
- Create a positive and supportive kitchen environment
- Support the team in delivering high-quality food concepts
- Represent Compass Group UK & Ireland and maintain a positive brand image
- Assist with food ordering, stock control, and food waste management
- Oversee kitchen cleaning to maintain high hygiene standards
- Support budget management and achieve financial targets
- Ensure compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations
