We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead a prestigious Champagne Bar and premium dining offer within H Beauty, Glasgow. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-end hospitality operation, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial performance in a sophisticated luxury retail environment.
With a beautifully designed 46-cover restaurant and champagne bar, this role requires a passionate hospitality professional who thrives on delivering outstanding service standards, developing high-performing teams, and maximising profitability.
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and commercial success of the venue, including:
- Full ownership of the venue's Profit & Loss account
- Driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets
- Leading, coaching, and developing the front-of-house team
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards
- Maintaining compliance, health & safety, and food safety standards
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and brand partners
We are looking for a hospitality leader who can combine operational excellence with strong commercial acumen:
- Proven experience managing a premium restaurant, bar, or hospitality operation
- Strong P&L management experience
- Experience leading and developing hospitality teams
- Excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and premium service delivery
- Passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience
Competitive salary of 36,000 per annum
