You’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exquisite, luxury cuisine to our guests, creating unforgettable moments and elevating their visit to a new level. Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage: Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, exceptional standards, and outstanding guest experiences.
- Financial Management: Maintain excellent financial control, monitoring budgets, profitability, and cost efficiencies to ensure the financial success of the restaurant.
- Brand and Trend Alignment: Ensure the restaurant stays on-brand, delivering a dining offer that is both innovative and on trend with the latest gastronomic movements.
- Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure that every guest feels like a VIP, receiving top-tier service and a truly memorable dining experience.
About You: Proven experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting, with a strong background in managing fine dining operations, hosting and events. Solid understanding of financial controls.
