We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead our catering operation in Titchfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate food professional to take ownership of a diverse and fast-paced food service environment. A DBS check will be required for this role.
Salary: £36,000 per annum.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday days.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of catering staff
- Plan and deliver high-quality, nutritious menus
- Manage food ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies
- Oversee hospitality events and special catering requests

Qualifications:
