Are you a passionate and experienced café professional ready to lead a premium, coffee-focused outlet in one of London's leading corporate Head Offices? We're on the lookout for an energetic and detail-driven Cafe Manager to head up our coffee-led café, offering exceptional barista-crafted drinks and a carefully curated artisan food menu.
About the Role:
This is not your average café manager position. You'll be at the heart of a stylish, barista-focused café serving the head office of a major organisation. You'll be the face of the café, ensuring consistency, creativity, and community in everything from the morning flat whites to the lunchtime sourdough toasties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operation of a high-standard café with a focus on exceptional specialty coffee and fresh, artisan-style food
- Deliver a consistent, premium experience to a professional clientele in a busy office environment
- Train, support and inspire a small team of baristas and café staff
- Ensure operational excellence including stock control, compliance, and rotas
- Liaise with on-site facilities teams and leadership to meet evolving corporate needs
- Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Build strong relationships with clients and customers, gathering feedback to enhance service.
About You:
- Barista trained with hands-on experience managing a high-volume, specialty coffee environment
