About the Role
Eurest is looking for a passionate and experienced
Chef Manager to join our team in Bournemouth.
This is a fantastic Monday-Friday opportunity for a hands-on chef who enjoys combining great food with strong kitchen management and leadership .
You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, hygiene and customer experience.
You'll be responsible for leading the team, managing food production and stock, and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and within budget.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting the kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards.
- Managing the day-to-day kitchen operation and food production.
- Preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality food for customers.
- Planning menus and developing an appealing food offer.
- Managing ordering, stock control, stocktakes and waste.
- Monitoring food costs and supporting the achievement of financial targets.
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety, allergen and health & safety requirements.
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and kitchen organisation.
- Building positive relationships with customers, colleagues and the client.
- Driving continuous improvement and introducing new ideas to enhance the food offer.
- Ensuring the kitchen delivers an efficient and friendly service every day.
About You

- An experienced
Chef Manager, Head Chef, Sous Chef or experienced Chef ready to take the next step.
- Passionate about food and delivering excellent quality.
- A confident leader who can motivate and develop a team.
- Organised, commercially aware and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experienced in stock control, ordering and food cost management.
- Knowledgeable about food safety, allergens and HACCP.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and interested in developing menus and new food concepts.
