What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a passionate kitchen team, creating a positive and high-performing culture.
- Plan innovative, seasonal menus and deliver exciting themed and special event days.
- Oversee hospitality catering for meetings, events and VIP guests.
- Manage stock control, ordering and waste to maximise efficiency and profitability.
- Take ownership of food safety, health & safety compliance and kitchen standards.
- Manage food costs, budgets and GP while consistently achieving financial targets.
- Drive continuous improvements across food quality, service standards and operational performance.
- Coach, develop and nurture your team, supporting their growth and career progression.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Head Chef within a large-scale catering or hospitality operation.
- Strong culinary knowledge with a passion for fresh, high-quality food.
- Proven experience leading and developing successful kitchen teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, GP management and cost control.
- Experience managing high-volume food production while maintaining exceptional quality.
- A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving continuous improvement.
