Working Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 6pm to 2am, 37.5 hours per week

  • Assist with ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

  • Support training, mentoring, and the development of junior chefs within the brigade.
