Head Chef – Sidcup
£32,983 per annum
Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 2:30pm

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a kitchen team of 8, serving up to 250 customers
  • Deliver high-quality, sustainable meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Plan menus, manage stock, and ensure food and safety compliance (HACCP, COSHH, Natasha’s Law)
  • Support our journey to net zero by 2030
  • Maintain cost control and drive food sales with innovative ideas
  • Create a welcoming kitchen culture focused on development and excellence

  • Proven experience in a similar Head Chef role, ideally in contract catering
  • Excellent culinary and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership with a progressive mindset
  • Sound knowledge of food safety, allergens, budgeting, and stock control
