Eurazeo Private Debt can offer both investors and portfolio companies a full range of private debt products, such as mezzanine, unitranche and senior loan to suit every situation: transfers of ownership, capital restructuring, delisting, refinancing and growth financing. We are a team of 27 investment professionals operating out of Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Milan, and Paris.
Within the Private Debt team, you will have responsibility for evaluating, executing and monitoring private debt transactions.
Responsibilities
- GENERAL
- Carry out sector research (market analysis, competitive positioning, etc.);
- Be responsible for keeping deal-related data updated and accurate;
- Help analysing investment opportunities.
- DUE DILIGENCE & EXECUTION
- Initial deal review and screening;
- Provide support and participate in due diligence and deal structuring;
- Participate in the evaluation of potential investments and in drafting memos;
- Participate in the creation and the review of financial models;
- Provide analyses of companies and financial data, research;
- Take part in the different committees / meetings with the various stakeholders (management meetings, consultants, lawyers, bankers, etc.);
- Actively involved in all deal processes.

- Provide help for other projects to be defined according to needs.

Key Success Factors
- Pursuing bachelor's or master's degree;

- Some understanding of the Private Debt market would be useful;
- Fluency in English mandatory. Other European languages a plus.
