Team and Role Overview
This internship is part of the Investor Relations team, which leads the Group’s fundraising efforts. The department is structured around three distinct pillars:
- Marketing and Product Development: responsible for creating and structuring marketing materials (presentations, teasers, fundraising documents), project management and coordination of fundraising processes (datarooms, RFPs, due diligence questionnaires), competitive intelligence and market analysis to enhance the Group’s positioning. The team also acts as a bridge between investment teams and investors, ensuring the translation and technical explanation of the Group’s various strategies.
- Client Coverage: responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with investors (LPs).
- Client Services: manages investor onboarding processes and provides ongoing support throughout their investment lifecycle in our funds.
By joining the Marketing & Product Development team, composed of 13 professionals based in Paris and London, you will contribute to strategic projects and work closely with senior members of the Group. You will evolve in a culture of excellence, alongside experienced professionals, including several former investment bankers, and gain exposure to the technical and strategic challenges of fundraising.
Job Responsibilities
The Investor Relations - Marketing & Product Development intern will support fundraising efforts across all investment strategies, notably through:
- Creating and updating marketing materials (fund presentations, teasers, fundraising documents, profiles, pitchbooks)
- Preparing market analyses and competitive intelligence
- Coordinating and responding to due diligence questionnaires and RFPs
- Managing and updating fundraising datarooms
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Gap year or final-year student from a top-tier business school or leading institution
- A first professional experience in a demanding environment, ideally with significant responsibilities, is a plus (Private Equity, Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Consulting)
- Autonomous and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and take initiative
- Demonstrated rigor, commitment, and strong analytical skills, with a solid understanding of the Private Equity fund ecosystem
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Familiarity with other tools/platforms is a plus (Intralinks, Loopio, Preqin, PitchBook, etc.)
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
