The University of Southampton invites applications for a part-time Research Fellow to join the Molecular Biophotonics and Imaging group within the School of Chemistry and Institute for Life Sciences.

The role focuses on engineering heart tissue imaging, designing a fluidic platform and performing quantitative tissue mechanics analyses using AutoCAD, 3D printing and a home-built microscope system.

The appointment is 24 months fixed term with a 50% workload and flexible work pattern.
