Role
0.6FTE part‑time academic or practitioner position in Sport Business, focusing on sports analytics or sports technology. The role involves teaching at undergraduate level in lectures, tutorials and seminars and contributing to the development of the Sport Business curriculum.
Qualifications and Experience
- Ability to teach Sport Business, preferably in sports analytics or sports technology, at undergraduate level in relevant lectures, tutorials and seminars.
- Experience delivering undergraduate teaching or professional training.
- Evidence of knowledge and practical experience in sport analytics/technology.
- Active interest in women’s sport and application of quantitative research methods to contemporary sport business issues (desirable).
- Post‑graduate qualification in a relevant field.
- Strong commitment to ensuring an outstanding student experience.
- Strong commercial awareness of the sport industry.
- Ability to provide excellent pastoral and academic support, advice and guidance to students, signposting to specialist services where appropriate.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment and research‑informed teaching.
