We are looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Systems & Operations Officer to support research, innovation and impact activity across the University. Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel and reporting tools are essential, as is the ability to extract, interpret and present meaningful management information. Experience of supporting or administering systems such as Worktribe (or comparable platforms), producing user guidance, and contributing to continuous improvement or system development projects would be highly advantageous. Above all, you will be adaptable, organised and solutions‑focused, with the confidence to learn new systems quickly and contribute positively to a high‑performing, service‑oriented team.
