We are a boutique management consultancy in London and across India. We are looking for an Events Executive to support with the development and execution of a comprehensive agenda of online and physical events for Eupnea, ensuring the business participates in a broad range of industry events, as well as organises its own events successfully to connect with clients.

The Events Executive will need to have good experience across all aspects of managing an event from content production, marketing and advertising, sourcing participants (for own events), scheduling meetings with attendees (at industry events), exhibitions and sponsorships amongst a range of other areas for event planning and execution. The role is London-based as the person in this role will also be required to attend business networking events in London, on their own or together with the Founder of Eupnea and other members of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy: Support to design a comprehensive event strategy and agenda to promote Eupnea in the industry and connect with clients.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a robust and highly effective end-to-end event management process that can build our reputation in the industry and provide a strong source of clients to the business from the successful organisation of and/or participation in events.
  • Engagement with Participants: Deliver a strong agenda of meetings and other networking activities for each event (at-event and post-event activity) against agreed event goals, including winning consulting contracts and/or collaborative projects with businesses.
  • Event Content Creation and Distribution: Produce excellent event material and social media posts for event promotion, and work with other teams in Eupnea to support marketing/sales activities related to events, include event content in the Eupnea website and, for own events, create and maintain a highly engaging webpage of each event.
  • Event Performance Optimisation: Provide accurate forecasts for event attendance and advise on event budget and other factors prior to each event. Quantify ROI of each event and communicate effectively to our leadership team and make recommendations to support decision making for organising and participating in future events.

Qualifications

  • An academic qualification in Marketing, Advertising or Event Management.
  • At least 2 years of practical experience within the Events industry. Previous work experience with another boutique or a global management consultancy with presence/exposure in the UK market will be considered a plus.
  • Must have recent experience managing the whole process of an organisation participating in external industry events for business leaders and/or organising the external business event agenda of an organisation.
  • Good project management experience and be able to work effectively under pressure independently to set clear requirements, guidelines and supporting business material for organising successful events.
  • Experienced to participate in industry events alone and as a member of a delegation, develop strong connections with senior-level professionals and deliver excellent business outcomes.
  • Good communication and organisational skills for presenting, communicating and/or interacting in a concise and effective manner internally at the highest level of an organisation and externally with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of seniority, including C-level professionals.
  • Proactive and energetic individual with good commercial acumen.

The role is London-based remote and can be offered as a full-time or part-time contract however there will be a requirement to participate and/or organise a minimum of 10 events each year. If you have a passion for events, this could be a great opportunity for you. Immediate start is available.
