About Euphoric

Euphoric builds AI-first employee benefits administration software for the world's largest and most prestigious employers. We spun out of Peppy Health to take on what we believe is the biggest untouched opportunity in enterprise software. Global employers spend $3–5 trillion on benefits every year. It is their second-largest cost after payroll, yet the category still runs on legacy systems and spreadsheets. Incumbents cannot move fast enough, and AI-first startups have mostly overlooked it.

We have two products:

  • GAP (Global Administration Platform) for global benefits teams. It uses LLMs to parse and extract policy documents into a structured ontology, and gives admins spend and utilisation tools across every country they operate in.
  • Navigator, the employee-facing product that helps people understand and use their benefits.

We are post product-market fit at seed stage, live with some of the world's largest household-name enterprises, and we land and expand country by country. Our big current focus is flexible benefits and open enrollment. We stay deliberately lean so that the people who join own a meaningful piece of what we build. This is also genuine tech for good: better benefits administration directly improves the wellbeing and financial security of millions of employees.

The Role

As a Deployment Strategist you will spend roughly 80% of your time on client work and 20% on developing our products. You will own a portfolio of approximately 1 to 3 enterprise accounts, depending on size, from post-sale through live launch and beyond. This is not a project management role. With the Euphoric MCP you will build custom agents, automations and workflows for some of the world's largest employers. You will be on the edge of AI in the workplace, guiding how global enterprises roll AI out to their benefits teams and employees.

What You’ll Do:

No two weeks are the same as a Deployment Strategist, but you can expect to:

  • Own your accounts end to end. Be the named owner for approximately 1 to 3 enterprise clients, depending on size, from post-sale handover through implementation, live launch, renewal and expansion into new countries.
  • Drive land and expand. Configure demos and the actual product for potential expansions, from new countries to new employee populations, so clients see working product, not slides.
  • Deliver deployments. Configure GAP and Navigator for each client, build implementation plans, run UAT, manage data and policy-document onboarding, handle support and track adoption on live data.
  • Go on site. Spend real time with clients' benefits and HR teams, including regional rollouts and country launches. On average expect around 1 day a week on client site; it varies, with heavier weeks around launches and occasional international travel as our clients expand globally.
  • Lead workshops and train clients. Run discovery and design workshops, and train client teams so they get full value from GAP and Navigator.
  • Build with the Euphoric MCP. Design and ship custom agents, automations and workflows that solve each client's specific problems, from reporting and renewals to employee communications.
  • Run the relationship. Be the day-to-day contact, write clear client emails, and build the decks, QBRs and proposals that move senior stakeholders, from benefits administrators up to global heads of reward.
  • Shape the product (~20%). Work closely with core product, engineering and design to build out specific features and flows your accounts need. Bring field insight back so it becomes part of the core platform.
  • Step into product when it's quieter. In weeks where client work is less intense, you are fully expected to support in a product capacity: specs, evals, prompts, testing and analytics.
  • Work hand in hand with Deployed Product Managers. They will join you on site to learn how to improve the core product. You will own the client-specific work.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of enterprise deployment experience. You have delivered enterprise-level client implementations in a B2B SaaS environment and handled difficult stakeholders along the way. This is essential.
  • Extremely AI-pilled. You have a genuine, intense interest in AI and you build with it constantly: Claude Code, Cowork, Cursor, Codex, MCP integrations and agents. You will be asked to show your latest AI projects. This matters more than anything else.
  • A builder. You want to build, not just advise. You are comfortable with APIs, data models and prompts, and you build agents and automations on clients' behalf yourself rather than writing a ticket for someone else.
  • Academically excellent. You have an exceptional academic track record from a top university, with strong A-levels or equivalent. A STEM degree is desirable but not essential.
  • A strong communicator. Your emails are crisp, your decks land after a few iterations, and you can explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences, up to senior executives.
  • High ownership. You treat your accounts as your own business, follow through without being chased, and do what it takes on launch weeks.
  • A proven high performer. You can point to reaching the top of something demanding: unusually fast promotion, elite sport or music, or national or international academic awards.

What We Look For:

We have a few Euphoric cultural non-negotiables. To do well here you will:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, feedback-rich environment.
  • Take your work seriously, but not yourself.
  • Be proactive, playful and deeply curious.
  • Want to build something that matters.

What You’ll Get:

  • Salary between £70k-£90k
  • Meaningful early-stage equity
  • Private medical insurance with Vitality, including dental and optical.
  • Pension with Cushon.
  • Hybrid working from our London office: the team typically comes in 3 to 4 days a week, with no strong mandate.
  • A flat hierarchy and a genuine meritocracy.
  • Apple MacBook and unlimited access to the AI tooling of your choice.
  • 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays.
  • Regular team off-sites to various cities across Europe.

How to prepare for a job interview at Euphoric

✨Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

✨Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If Euphoric uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.

✨Showcase Your Projects

Make sure we can talk through our thought process for each project, especially the challenges we faced and how we solved them—this shows our problem-solving skills in action.

✨Prepare for Behavioural Questions

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
