Euphoric is an AI-first employee benefits platform on a mission to fix global healthcare. We help companies support and care for their teams better, faster, and with a lot less admin; starting with slick, automated tools that make complex benefits feel joyful.

The role

We\’re looking for a Product Associate to bring their ambition, creativity, and product curiosity to join our high-powered team to build the world\’s first lovable, AI-native benefits platform.

You’ll have real ownership, big targets, and a chance to help shape both the work you do and the company in general. We care less about traditional career paths and more about raw talent, bias for action, and how much fire you bring.

What you’ll do:

No two days are the same, but as a Product Associate you can expect to:

• Work closely with VP Product, Product Manager and Product Associates on rolling out a new AI-native employee benefits product.

• Conduct deep user research to uncover insights that drive product decisions and shape our ultra-personalized user experiences.

• Collaborate across R&D (engineers/designers) and Growth teams to bring innovative concepts to life and optimize user engagement.

• Use cutting-edge tools like Replit and Cursor, with unlimited freedom to explore new AI tools that drive product innovation.

• Scale the solution across enterprise clients while experimenting with emerging technologies that define the future of AI-powered benefits platforms.

Skills & experience

• Academic Excellence: You\’re a top graduate from a prestigious university, with a strong academic record that reflects your intellectual rigour and curiosity.

• AI Passion and Knowledge: You have a genuine, intense interest in AI. This is vitally important. You\’re someone who not only follows the latest in AI but is deeply passionate about the subject.

• Early Career Experience: You have at least 6 months of professional experience, but are looking to progress to a role with more autonomy and ability to create impact. Prior entrepreneurial experience is highly valued.

• Continuous Learner: You have a voracious appetite for knowledge.
