You will manage a small team of two accounts assistants and play a key role in delivering a timely month-end close, high-quality management accounts and robust balance sheet control. • Prepare and post monthly work-in-progress (WIP) in line with agreed methodology.
    • Own group consolidation (across UK and international entities), including intercompany and group reporting packs.
  • Statutory reporting, tax & audit
    • Meet regulatory and statutory responsibilities, including VAT filings, year-end accounts preparation and audit coordination.
    • Proactively seek to support finance improvement projects (e.g. redesigning forecasting models, streamlining processes, and identifying automation/AI opportunities).
  • Business partnering
    • Proactively business partner with key stakeholders in the organisation to improve collaboration across different departments.
    • Support senior leadership with performance insights, cost control and forecasting.

Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent), ideally 2–4 years PQE (newly qualified considered with strong month-end ownership and people leadership exposure).
