The Role
We’re looking for an Operations Lead to join our small but mighty team and help us scale Eunice’s day-to-day engine – from operations to client execution and internal processes.
This is a builder role. You’ll work closely with the founding team across tech, research and go-to-market functions. One day you might be working on a series prompts on AI, the next you’ll be structuring data, tightening sales workflows, or supporting key commercial discussions. You’ll be Eunice’s operational backbone – keeping us fast, sharp, and aligned as we grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and improve core operational processes across operation, deal support, and delivery.
- Support client and partner onboarding, documentation, and execution of key agreements.
- Work with founders on internal processes – e.g. tracking key deals, coordinating deliverables, and managing cross-functional workflows.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.
- Help with removing the bottlenecks and build systems to scale: from data hygiene to automation.
- Learn and apply new AI tools to drive productivity and precision across everything you do.
About You
- 1+ years of experience in legal, compliance, operations, or financial services (law background / compliance consultant will be a plus!)
- Hungry and detail-obsessed: you notice the small things that make the big things work.
- Strong execution muscle: you get things done, follow through, and love building order from ambiguity.
- Swiss army knife mindset: you’re hands-on, flexible, and thrive in high-velocity environments.
