A commercial role owning go-to-market for Eunice's digital assets product, sold to compliance and legal leaders at regulated institutions.
Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days/week) or Remote | Permanent
What we're building: AI in finance has reached an inflection point. Models can analyse markets with superhuman speed, but they stop short of taking responsibility. We're building the company that closes that gap. Eunice is a vertical AI platform for alternative assets. We started with digital assets (working with Coinbase, Crypto.com, Copper.co, FalconX) and are now expanding into private markets. We don't just deliver analysis, we deliver decisions institutions can defend: traceable, evidence-backed, accountable. Backed by $8M from Moonfire, Speedinvest, Openspace Capital, and Locus Ventures. Named to Sifted's 2026 Top 100 fastest-growing UK startups. In five years, every financial institution will run on agents that don't just analyse, but act with accountability. If that excites you, come build it with us.
The role: You'll own how Eunice goes to market on the digital assets side - from first conversation to signing contract. This is a growth sales role, but for a compliance product sold to regulated institutions, so credibility matters as much as hustle. You'll sell to compliance, legal, and risk leaders at exchanges, custodians, and trading firms, which is why we want someone who has lived in that world, not just sold into it. This is roughly 50% owning and closing the pipeline, and 50% shaping our GTM motion - messaging, positioning, and the regulatory narrative that wins trust with buyers who are paid to be sceptical.
What you'll do:
- Own the full sales cycle for digital asset clients - prospecting, qualification, demos, commercial negotiation, and close.
- Translate Eunice's compliance capabilities (due diligence, risk monitoring, MiCA and SEC/CFTC workflows) into business value for compliance, legal, and risk buyers.
- Act as a credible voice on the regulatory landscape in client conversations - you can speak the buyer's language because you've worked in it.
- Partner with founders and product on positioning, pricing, and which segments and jurisdictions to prioritise next.
- Feed the front line back into the roadmap - what's blocking deals, what buyers actually need, where we win and lose.
What we're looking for:
Required:
- At least 1 year of quota‑carrying or growth sales experience, with a track record of closing and expanding accounts - ideally for a compliance, regulatory, or otherwise trust‑heavy product.
- A legal, compliance, or regulatory background, or deep first‑hand exposure to it - you understand how compliance and risk teams think, buy, and get approval internally.
- Strong commercial instincts paired with genuine subject‑matter credibility - you can hold your own with a Head of Compliance and still drive a deal forward.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication: you can explain complex regulation clearly to technical, legal, and business audiences.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration - you find practical paths to revenue, not just reasons something is hard.
Bonus points:
- Existing network among exchanges, custodians, brokers, or trading firms in digital assets.
- Experience selling into compliance, legal, or risk functions specifically.
Not required:
- Coding or technical background.
- A traditional pure‑sales CV - we care more about credibility plus closing ability than a perfectly linear sales path.
Why this role matters:
Most sales roles ask you to push a product. This one asks you to earn the trust of buyers whose job is to manage risk - and then turn that trust into revenue. You'll be the commercial engine for our digital assets business and have real influence over how we expand, who we sell to, and how we tell our story in a market where credibility is everything.
Why join now:
- Real traction, real customers: Coinbase, Crypto.com, Copper.co, and FalconX already trust us with production workflows.
- Founding‑team impact: you'll shape GTM, pricing, and company trajectory.
- Elite, execution‑focused team – research‑heavy, tech‑forward, built by repeat founders: High autonomy, steep learning curve – career‑defining scope in a tight, fast‑moving environment.
- Backed and scaling – $8M from top VCs; named Sifted 100 fastest‑growing startup.
- Visa sponsorship: Available.
