As a Client Implementation Consultant, you'll be part of a dynamic team at the forefront of transforming the financial landscape through AI. You’ll own the journey from signed contract to live, value‑generating deployment, configuring the platform to each client’s workflows and data, and serving as the trusted point of contact who keeps implementations on track.

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in London office) or fully remote.

Employment Type: Part‑time consulting or Full‑time.

Department: Client / Commercial.

Reports to: Petronela Pell, Head of Private Markets.

What You'll Do

  • Lead client onboarding end to end from kickoff, implementation planning, timelines, and go‑live.
  • Configure the platform to each client’s workflows, data sources, and reporting needs, partnering with product and engineering for customisation.
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact during implementation, setting clear expectations and proactively flagging risks to timelines.
  • Run training and build onboarding materials that drive fast, confident adoption.
  • Capture client feedback and recurring requests, feeding them to Product Owners to shape the roadmap.
  • Build and refine the implementation playbook, templates, and processes as the business scales.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in private markets, financial services, or a related field (e.g., asset owner, allocator, GP, fund administrator, consultancy, or fintech serving the asset class).
  • Familiarity with private markets workflows (fund structures, diligence, manager selection, reporting, or portfolio monitoring).
  • Strong project management and organisational skills; able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and the ability to build trust with sophisticated institutional clients.
  • Collaborative, ownership‑driven mindset and comfort working across clients, product, and engineering.
  • Comfortable with software and data; eager to get hands‑on with an AI platform.
  • Motivated to work on one of the biggest shifts happening in institutional investing.
