The Role
As Senior Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of euNetworks’ marketing strategy across Europe. You will oversee all areas of marketing including brand management, digital marketing, field marketing, marketing communications and public relations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to build and strengthen the company’s presence, reputation and commercial success in the digital infrastructure market.
This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced company, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future representation, reputation and brand persona of euNetworks.
What will you be doing?
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- You will establish and execute on the marketing strategy in alignment with company goals, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence across all markets.
- Leading a team of three marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability and professional growth.
- Manage and coordinate the work of external agencies, ensuring deliverables are aligned with strategy, brand positioning and commercial priorities.
Brand Management
- Working with internal stakeholders and agencies, you will evolve our brand, ensuring it reflects our vision, values and market leadership.
- You will work with creative agencies to deliver consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels.
- Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager ensuring all internal and customer material is produced and brought to market supporting customer and sales events.
Digital Marketing
- Working with your team, you will oversee the company’s digital marketing strategy, including website, SEO/SEM, social media and digital campaigns.
- You will ensure digital channels are optimised to engage target audiences, generate leads and build brand awareness.
Field Marketing & Campaigns
- Providing support to your team to oversee the design and delivery of field marketing programs that support regional sales teams, drive pipeline growth and strengthen customer engagement.
- You will ensure the execution of effective demand-generation and account-based marketing initiatives.
Marketing Communications & PR
- You will support and guide the Manager, Marketing Communications within your team, ensuring the delivery of clear, consistent and compelling messaging across all audiences.
- On the occasions when agencies are required, you will engage preferred partners to oversee public relations activities including media relations, press releases and thought‑leadership opportunities.
Performance & Measurement
- In line with cascading company and shareholder objectives, you will define KPIs and regularly report on marketing performance, demonstrating impact on business outcomes.
- You will allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI across all marketing activities.
Team structure: Reporting to the CEO or alternative C‑level; Managing a team of three people.
