As Bid Manager, you will play a key role in securing new business and supporting account growth. You will lead the end-to-end bid process from qualification through to submission, delivering compelling, compliant, and commercially sound responses that align with customer requirements and euNetworks' strategic and financial goals. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring strong commercial awareness, excellent organisation, and the ability to influence stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and Finance.

What will you be doing?

  • Bid Strategy Qualification
    • Lead qualification of new opportunities with Sales, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
    • Facilitate bid/no-bid decisions through structured assessment with key stakeholders.
    • Understand customer drivers, competitive positioning, and technical requirements to shape winning propositions.
  • Bid Management Delivery
    • Own the end-to-end bid lifecycle from kick-off to submission.
