The VP Sales Europe is responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets from a defined set of customer accounts across multiple territories and markets, specifically Hyperscalers, Data Centres, Media & Broadcast, and Content. Taking responsibility for some of the highest revenue-generating accounts at euNetworks, you will be a key sales leader in a high-functioning CRO division, with an overall team of approximately 20 salespeople.

As a Sales leader, you will work with your three direct reports to establish the regional strategy, identify key growth areas, and provide leadership on priorities that maximize profitability and growth.

You will be responsible for developing and managing talent within the Sales organization, requiring transformational leadership skills to assemble all sales capabilities under a single point of accountability.

What will you be doing?

  • Sales Strategy and Growth
    • Define the Content and Cloud sales proposition for euNetworks and ensure its integration within the wider euNetworks corporate strategy, driving revenue for all products and services across all sales verticals and territories within your customer remit.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to drive data-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborate with the Infrastructure investment and product teams to develop innovative solutions that extend sales and are suitable for new product lines and network geographies.
    • Work closely with Sales Operations and the CDO team to implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
    • Build an exceptional Sales leadership team that fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
    • Set objectives, motivate, and manage the performance of Sales Directors and Sales Managers.
    • Ensure the commercial and sales competence of your direct reports, including identifying training needs.
    • Promote euNetworks values within your team and across the organization.
  • Business Development and Client Engagement
    • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, system integrators, content providers, and other industry stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to engage with customers at CxO level and provide strategic input.
    • Leverage the euNetworks brand to build a reputation for excellent customer service and develop enduring customer relationships.
  • What do we want from you?
    • Significant sales leadership experience in enterprise cloud, content management, SaaS, or related industries.
    • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
    • Strong understanding of cloud computing, content services, digital transformation, and enterprise IT landscapes.
    • Exceptional leadership, team-building, and coaching skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
