Summary of the Role: The role involves negotiating and renewing a portfolio of policies through the Specialist Broker network, with the aim of growing and retaining profitable business in line with company strategy. The position requires effective communication with key customers, brokers, and internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and the implementation of agreed Account Management plans to exceed client expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and renew policies within the portfolio to drive business growth and retention.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and internal departments.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with brokers to achieve business objectives.
  • Work within company guidelines and authority levels.
  • Build key relationships with core functions such as Risk, Claims, and Policy Administration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers and partners, representing the company and providing exceptional service.

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 2 A Levels or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience in a financial sales or servicing environment.
  • Good working knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Sound knowledge of the credit insurance market, including brokers and competitors.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
