About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mid Office-Support Intern to join our New Products & Specialty team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product distribution, relationship management, marketing, and business operations within the insurance industry. The successful candidate will assist in the distribution of innovative and specialty products, collaborate with key stakeholders, and support various operational processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Product Distribution Support: Assist in the distribution of new and specialty products, including Mid-term, XOL, Grade Check, Fraud, Advanced Payment, and Cover Lease utilising data analytics and data reporting to optimise distribution strategies.
- Collaboration and Liaison: Work closely with Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers to facilitate the growth and administration of new products, from initial contact to onboarding, before transitioning to Account Management.
- Marketing and Lead Generation: Support marketing campaigns and collaborate with the lead generation team to enhance outreach and engagement.
- Compass and Underwriting Support: Provide assistance with Compass and underwriting requirements to ensure smooth operations.
- Month-End Assistance: Aid in managing new and existing business activities in core areas during month-end processes.
