Summary of the Role: The contract specialists support the ACMA both at Program and Managing Insurer level by coordinating the Contract Management related tasks. They contribute to customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring the timely and proper execution of activities related to Contract Management and accounting topics at both Managing insurer and Program manager level with full compliance on internal procedures, tax and legal constraints. This includes closely liaising and coordinating with other teams beyond geographical and functional borders to provide seamless worldwide contract servicing to the Policyholder (other teams throughout the WA, local claims teams, local finance, ...) and provide the best suited solutions in terms of contract management.
Main Tasks: Policy Management (Contract Management, Customer Accounting): Controls and optimizes contract management and acts as a relay with Business Support.
