About the Role: To manage and execute Program Implementation and Policy Issuance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Program implementation - Manage timetable for preparing system set-up for forthcoming renewal programs.
- Ensure system maintained with latest Program information and data; resolve data quality issues.
- Advise Sales to resolve policy set up issues.
- Issue local Policy documentation (Special Terms mandatory clauses; fronter) fully reflected in local documentation.
- Mid-Term Amendment - Manage and execute Mid-Term Amendments as directed by Program Manager - either program level or managing insurer level - ensuring quality and accuracy of Pluriform.
- Generate new Master Agreement / Policy docs according to KPI quality standards.
- Liaison and co-ordination - Co-ordinate workflow to secure timely execution, liaising with other EHWA functions (eg ACMA, Regional PA etc); act as relay with Business Support.
