1 role is for a Maternity Cover ASA (Starting ASAP) - 32.5 hours per week (term time plus 5 training days). We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Achievement Support Assistant to join our team. Euler Academy is a special school for children with complex SEMH needs aged 5-11 in a purpose-built site on Salthouse Road, Hull. Euler responds to the individual needs of pupils, assisting them to build strategies to overcome the barriers to their learning and behaviour.
The Right Candidate will need:
- Level 2 English and Maths or above
- Experience working with children
- Resilience
- Be committed to working with others to maximise the educational and social opportunities available for children and young people who often are the most vulnerable
- The ability to use relevant technology/equipment
- A can-do attitude
- Be able to build strong relationships with children
- Motivate and develop the children in your care
- Be passionate about seeing young people succeed
