We’re on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We’re here to build better long-term care. Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Our Growth Story:
- 130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn, with $100M+ raised from investors including BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree.
- Supported over 350k patients living with obesity across our 5 markets.
- Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Germany and Japan.
- In the last 12 months, we grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 50 to 200.
- Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY while reducing cash burn by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors.
Recently, Hims & Hers entered an agreement to acquire Eucalyptus, accelerating our ambition to build the world’s leading global consumer healthcare platform.
What’s Next:
As part of this next chapter, we are scaling our international product ecosystem and expanding into new conditions, demographics and geographies. Our international markets will continue to run on our own technology stack and product roadmap, reflecting the different regulatory environments, care models, and patient journeys in each region. This creates a unique design challenge: building world-class consumer health products globally, while ensuring the experience is deeply adapted to each local market.
Job Summary:
We’re hiring a VP of Design to lead product design for our international business. This role owns the end-to-end product experience across our international markets, ensuring that our digital health products deliver exceptional patient outcomes while driving long-term engagement and commercial performance. Following our recent acquisition by Hims & Hers, this role will also help shape how our product and brand evolve internationally—maintaining strong local product ownership while partnering closely with the Hims & Hers team to scale the platform globally.
Sitting at the intersection of product strategy, experience design, and commercial performance, you will define the design vision for our international products and ensure that design remains a core driver of patient trust, engagement and long-term value. This is a hands-on senior leadership role. You will build and lead a high-performing product design team, raise the ambition and quality bar across the organisation, and shape how design, product and engineering collaborate in a more AI-enabled product development environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the end-to-end product design experience across our international markets.
- Lead the design integration and international rollout of Hims & Hers, ensuring product, brand and experience are thoughtfully adapted for different markets rather than simply replicated.
- Define and uphold product design principles, quality standards and experience coherence across our product ecosystem.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Commercial leadership to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing international design team.
- Help drive the brand transition and evolution of our international consumer health products.
- Use design to deliver measurable outcomes across engagement, retention, conversion and long-term patient value.
- Shape how design operates in a more AI-enabled product development environment, accelerating prototyping, iteration and product development cycles.
What We’re Looking For:
- Senior product design leadership experience (VP, Head of Design, Director or equivalent).
- Proven ownership of consumer mobile or digital product ecosystems.
- Experience shaping end-to-end product experiences, not just individual features.
- Strong track record of building and leading design teams while staying close to product quality and decision-making.
- Excellent product judgement and taste, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and trade-offs.
- Experience using design to drive commercial outcomes without compromising trust or clarity.
Nice to Have:
- Experience scaling consumer subscription products.
- Experience designing health, wellness, or behaviour-change products.
- Familiarity with habit formation, progress tracking, or long-term engagement systems.
- Experience working across multiple markets or regulatory environments.
Please ensure you submit your design portfolio or link so we can review your application in full.
