About the role
We have strong foundations. To reach more markets, more brands, and more patients, we need a growth platform that gives us capabilities we don't yet have. This isn't about what you build on the surface. It's about the foundational capabilities that unlock the next step change—in conversion, retention, and how fast a new market can go live. You'll define the roadmap, ship incremental capabilities, and embed AI where it genuinely improves outcomes.
- Define and own the growth platform strategy and roadmap—all foundational capabilities that unlock conversion, activation, retention, and market scalability.
- Translate platform investments into business outcomes—ensuring every capability has a clear hypothesis and ships incrementally.
- Embed AI where it materially improves the patient experience.
- Enable dynamic experiences across landing pages, onboarding, and in‑product surfaces—CMS, feature flagging, and content infrastructure that lets teams move without engineering dependency.
- Build a tech stack that launches a new market in weeks, not months.
About you
You're a product manager comfortable bridging user experience and engineering infrastructure. You think in systems and capabilities while keeping the patient and growth team in mind.
- Solid PM experience with meaningful time on platform, growth, data, or infrastructure.
- You hold the technical and commercial view at once—understand what is built, why it matters to patients, and how it moves a metric.
- Comfortable with ambiguity—turn open needs into a sequenced, defensible roadmap without waiting for direction.
- Adaptable—requirements change and you move with them, staying focused on outcomes.
- Comfortable working with data teams—event tracking, user identity, and data models are part of your toolkit.
- Strong cross‑functional instincts—build alignment across engineering, data, design, and growth without authority.
- Genuinely curious about where AI belongs in a product experience.
Bonus points for healthcare experience, multi‑market platform thinking, or building personalisation engines.
