About the role (What You’ll Be Doing)
- Full-time (40 hrs/week) at our pharmacy fulfilment centre in Aston, Birmingham.
- This role reports to the Pharmacist Team Lead.
- Normal working hours 0900-1730 Monday to Friday, though some shift-working and weekends will be required in future as we continue to scale.
- Acting as the Responsible Pharmacist to ensure all regulatory requirements are being met at all times.
- Carrying out clinical checks on electronic prescriptions issued by our prescribers.
- Providing remote clinical advice and support to patients and colleagues.
- Working in tandem with the warehouse fulfilment team to ensure daily prescription order targets are always met.
- Developing SOPs and delivering staff training to meet premises standards.
About you (Who Are We Looking For)
- Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC.
- Must have at least 1 year’s post-qualification experience.
- Must have experience of high-volume pharmacy operations (>20k items/month).
- Must be tech-literate - we use the latest digital tools to run a modern, paperless digital pharmacy service.
- Ideally, you will have some experience of working in digital/online pharmacy services.
- Safety-focused - you proactively manage risks and maintain compliance.
- Patient-obsessed - you are driven to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
