Eucalyptus in the UK is seeking a Paid Search Lead to own and scale our UK Google Search growth across Performance Max, Search, Shopping, Display, You Tube and Gmail.

You will manage seven-figure monthly budgets and work with Allocation & Performance Managers on budget allocation.

You will lead landing page experiments, partner with design, analytics and engineering to improve CTR, CVR and ROAS, and ensure compliant, high‑performing campaigns in a regulated healthcare environment.
