We’re looking for a Social Content Producer to build Juniper’s social presence from the ground up, creating video expert-led, human, culturally relevant content that educates, inspires and connects with our audience across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms. You’ll play a foundational role in defining our organic strategy, sourcing and working with experts and creators, shaping narratives around GLP-1 medication, behaviour change and women’s health, and turning real patient insights into content that cuts through.
This is a rare chance to build an entirely new content engine inside one of the fastest-growing health companies in the world.
- Creating native, scroll-stopping, platform-first video content that speaks directly to our patient segments and cultural moments.
- Developing and owning the organic content calendar, with clear themes, pillars and storytelling frameworks.
- Sourcing, briefing and managing experts, creators and patients to capture high-quality raw content.
- Running shoots and managing production logistics, from scripting to asset delivery.
- Collaborating closely with our in-house editors and the creative production team to bring concepts to life.
- Using data, social listening and trends to continually refine formats, hooks and content strategy.
- Partnering with Community, Brand, Product and CRM to ensure organic content increases reach, trust and patient engagement.
- Establishing repeatable playbooks for content series (e.g. expert explainers, GLP-1 myth-busting, maintenance journeys).
About you (Who you are)
- A social-first storyteller with 6+ years experience producing TikTok/IG-native content.
- Comfortable sourcing and working with experts and creators, and translating complex topics into clear stories.
- Strong at writing briefs and scripts that non-marketers can execute.
- A confident producer, organised, detail-driven and able to manage shoots end-to-end.
- Culturally switched on with a deep feel for pacing, hooks, trends and platform behaviours.
- Data-curious and iteratively minded, you want to understand why something worked.
- Collaborative, adaptable and energised by building 0→1 in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Why join Eucalyptus?
- Euc is also behind a growing family of digital healthcare clinics (Pilot, Kin, Software) across men’s health and well-being, fertility, and skincare.
- Our goal for the next three years is to support 1 million patients globally to live better for longer. We’re launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we build a truly preventive healthcare ecosystem.
- We’re on the path to becoming the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. It will be challenging, fast-paced, and deeply rewarding.
- You will deliver work that directly shapes patient outcomes and scales evidence-based care across markets.
- You will have high ownership, continuous feedback, and dedicated development support.
- You will collaborate with talented peers to solve complex clinical and operational problems at scale.
What’s ahead in the UK
- Your own stake in the business with our employee options program.
- Annual development budget plus 3 days of professional development leave.
- Hybrid setup with 3 days a week in our Old Street office, designed for focus and collaboration.
- Private health insurance through Vitality or opt for a monthly wellness allowance to spend on what matters most to you.
- 25 days of holiday, enhanced parental leave and work from anywhere 3 weeks out of the year.
- A vibrant office culture with regular socials, clubs, after-school sport, and seasonal events.
