About Us
We're making good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity, a major leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists.
Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times. Since launching, we've grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:
- We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK.
- Received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management.
- Grew our team from 50 to 200.
Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors.
What's next? We're building something new: a preventative health ecosystem that goes far beyond medication. In the UK, we're launching diagnostics, new conditions (like hair loss and hormone therapy), premium services, and a curated health marketplace. This means designing the engine room of our health ecosystem — the central commercial capabilities that make the whole greater than the sum of its parts. From conversion funnels to cross-sell pathways, from pricing and packaging to patient segmentation, we need to build the systems that move patients smoothly across offerings, maximising both their health outcomes and our business performance.
If the idea of building this engine from scratch excites you, let’s talk.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager, Monetisation to design and scale the commercial engine that powers this ecosystem. You’ll act as the growth architect across multiple products — building the pathways, levers, and systems that help patients seamlessly adopt more of what we offer, and in doing so, shape Juniper into the leading preventative health platform.
- Build the growth engine – Create the playbooks, systems, and infrastructure that drive conversion, cross-sell, upsell, and monetisation across verticals.
- Design patient pathways – Map and operationalise how patients move from one product to another — from GLP-1s to diagnostics, new conditions, and Shop.
- Price, package, bundle – Experiment with pricing models, bundles, and packaging to maximise adoption and LTV.
- Segment & target – Use data to define actionable patient segments and design the right offers, surfaced at the right time.
- Scale what works – Turn experiments into repeatable systems with dashboards, processes, and feedback loops.
- Work across bets – Partner with vertical leads to weave them into a cohesive patient experience.
About You
- Product Growth expertise – You’ve worked as a Product Manager or Growth PM in a multi-product e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer tech company.
- Data-driven operator – You’re fluent in experimentation, segmentation, lifecycle analytics, and use data to inform decisions.
- Commercial instincts – You understand monetisation levers — from pricing and bundling to attach and LTV.
- Cross-functional leader – You know how to work with product, engineering, ops, and marketing teams to deliver system-wide outcomes.
- Ecosystem thinker – You see how different offerings fit together, and can design for both patient impact and business scale.
- Builder at heart – You thrive in 0→1 environments, excited to build the growth engine from scratch in a space where it doesn’t exist yet.
So, why join Eucalyptus?
- Make real impact, fast - We build in the open together, which helps us learn and iterate more quickly so we can deliver high quality outcomes faster than anyone else.
- You’ll be supported to accelerate your career - Regular feedback alongside our bi-annual performance reviews, a professional development budget & leave help ensure you have the support you need to level up.
- You’ll work with others who are incredibly passionate about what they do - Our talent bar is high and our work ethic is strong.
We also offer a range of benefits including:
- Your own stake in the business with our employee options program.
- A monthly wellness allowance, for you to spend on whatever wellness means to you.
- A yearly personal development budget and 3 extra days of leave to continuously up-skill yourself.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays with an enhanced parental leave policy.
- A fun office with regular socials including after school sport, clubs, cycle kick offs and seasonal parties.
- Your own MacBook and more!
At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings. When you apply, please let us know of any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process.
