We’re on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We’re here to build better long-term care. Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

About The Role (What You’ll Be Doing)

As a People Experience Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering a high-quality, consistent employee experience across our UK and Germany teams. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, ensuring that our core rituals, environments, and moments that matter run smoothly and create a strong sense of culture and connection. You’ll work closely with the People team, office teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that day-to-day experience, events, and engagement initiatives are executed with consistency and care.

You’ll Focus Across Three Core Areas:

  • Employee Experience & Engagement
    • Own and continuously improve core employee experience touchpoints across the lifecycle, from onboarding through to day-to-day engagement.
    • Ensure key rituals (e.g. weekly meetings, team moments, all-hands) are well-run, structured, and aligned across UK and Germany.
    • Support the delivery of engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback loops, and follow-up actions.
    • Drive consistency in how employees experience the business across locations, balancing local nuance with global standards.
    • Partner with the People team to bring culture, values, and ways of working to life through practical, visible actions.
  • Events, Culture & Community
    • Plan and deliver internal events across the UK and Germany, including team events, office moments, and cultural initiatives.
    • Own end-to-end event delivery (planning, logistics, budgets, execution, and feedback).
    • Create meaningful moments that strengthen connection, collaboration, and engagement across teams.
    • Partner with stakeholders to ensure events support broader business goals and team needs.
    • Continuously iterate on events and initiatives based on feedback and participation.
  • Workplace Experience & Operations
    • Ensure a high-quality day-to-day office experience, working closely with Office Management and relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain smooth running of weekly rhythms, in-office experience, and team coordination.
    • Act as a key connector between People, Workplace, and the business to ensure alignment and clarity.
    • Support onboarding experience locally, ensuring new joiners are set up for success from day one.
    • Identify and implement improvements to how we operate, making processes simpler, clearer, and more scalable.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with People Partners, People Operations, and Talent to ensure a seamless employee experience.
    • Work across multiple geographies (UK & Germany), adapting to different cultural and operational needs.
    • Act as a go-to person for employee experience topics within your regions.
    • Support delivery of broader People initiatives where required (e.g. engagement, onboarding, culture programs).

About You (Who You Are)

  • 3–5 years’ experience in People Experience, Workplace Experience, HR, events, or similar roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Experience planning and delivering events or engagement initiatives end-to-end.
  • Comfortable working across multiple locations and with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong bias for execution.

Behaviours & Attitudes

  • People-first mindset, with a strong focus on creating positive, thoughtful experiences.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with pride in execution quality.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work across teams and geographies.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where needed.
  • Strong ownership mindset, taking accountability for outcomes and continuously improving.
