About Eucalyptus
We are on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We are here to build better longâterm care.
Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weightâmanagement programs combining GLPâ1 medication with personalized nutrition, movement support, and clinicianâled care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our growth story includes 130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn, with $100M+ raised from investors including BOND, NewView, Blackbird, and Airtree. We have scaled to over 100,000 monthly active patients across our weightâmanagement program and grew the UK patient base from 4,000 to ~40,000, receiving selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS.
About The Role (What Youâll Be Doing)
We are looking for our very own 'smooth operator' to contribute to scaling and optimizing our fulfillment operations in the UK. Operations can be messy and sometimes a quickâandâdirty solution is right. At other times, rigor is rewarded. Ops Analysts are incredibly structured thinkers with relentless focus on understanding the 'why', forming testable hypotheses, and using data to drive decisions. You will synthesize tonnes of info, build a clear vision, and document your work â in short, you will turn chaos into clarity. In operations, we continually think about three things: cost, quality, and scale. Your work as Operations Analyst will be a mixture of BAU and projectâbased work to improve these areas as we scale.
Examples Projects You Could Own:
- Support the launch of new treatments, brands, and product lines, ensuring our fulfillment and supply chain operations are ready to scale quickly and maintain highâquality service.
- Work crossâfunctionally to launch our new eCommerce offering, designing fulfillment flows and operational processes that balance speed, cost, and patient experience.
- Support pharmacy expansion projects, helping to operationalize new facilities and ensuring alignment between local regulations, systems integration, and supply capabilities.
- Design and implement an improved inventory management system to ensure accurate stock levels, reduce waste, and streamline fulfillment across our pharmacy network.
- Partner with Tech and Product teams to roll out new systems that enhance visibility, automation, and control across the supply chain and fulfillment lifecycle.
- Identify and lead cost improvement projects, using data to uncover inefficiencies in logistics, shipping, and supplier management while maintaining compliance and quality.
About You (Who You Are)
3+ years in consulting, technology, venture capital, and/or startâup space (particularly in an operational role, and bonus for prior experience working with/for B2C consumer brands). A degree with a strong quantitative or analytical component â such as business, finance, computer science, engineering, or mathematics. A skilled problem solver with robust analytical capabilities and attention to detail, able to synthesize findings, draw out insights, and execute on recommendations. Strong ability to prioritize, take initiative to manage a project end to end, and communicate whatâs important to key stakeholders. You are an executional powerhouse, maintaining momentum with good judgment and acting quickly within a fastâpaced environment. You are empathetic towards patients, taking steps to understand where service standards may be lacking and driving improvements forward. As a team player, you are ready to help others, motivate the team, and prioritise what will move the needle, regardless of task or team. You possess a strong generalist toolkit with exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communications skills.
Why join Eucalyptus?
Euc is also behind a growing family of digital healthcare clinics across menâs health and wellâbeing, fertility, and skincare. Our goal for the next three years is to support 1 million patients globally to live better for longer. We are launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we build a truly preventive healthcare ecosystem.
Whatâs ahead in the UK:
- Be an owner â Your own stake in the business with our employee options program.
- Invest in your growth â Annual development budget plus 3 days of professional development leave.
- Work flexibly â Hybrid setup with 3 days a week in our Old Street office, designed for focus and collaboration.
- Support your wellâbeing â Private health insurance through Vitality or opt for a monthly wellness allowance.
- Take time off â 25 days of holiday, enhanced parental leave, and work from anywhere 3 weeks out of the year.
- Join a connected team â A vibrant office culture with regular socials, clubs, afterâschool sport, and seasonal events.
At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings. When you apply, please let us know of any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process.
