About the role (What youâll be doing)
As Global Head of Talent, you will own the strategic direction, operational delivery, and longâterm growth of our regional Talent Acquisition function. You will design and execute a goâtoâmarket plan for talent acquisition and elevate our employer brand, and lead a team of TA Managers and Executive Recruiters to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is a highâimpact, senior leadership role where you will act as a strategic advisor to the business â building scalable hiring strategies, optimising delivery, and shaping the future of talent at Eucalyptus. You will partner closely with the VP of Talent and collaborate deeply with functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial to ensure our people strategy supports our global growth ambitions.
Talent Leadership & Operational Delivery
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of three TA Managers and one to two Executive Recruiters, fostering accountability, trust, and growth.
- Build scalable, dataâinformed hiring strategies that balance quality, pace, and efficiency across diverse functions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders globally, driving alignment on workforce planning and organisational design.
Employer Brand, Candidate Experience & GoâtoâMarket Strategy
- Develop and execute a goâtoâmarket plan for talent acquisition globally, including employer branding initiatives and pipeline development.
- Ensure a worldâclass candidate experience through operational excellence, process optimisation, and technology enablement.
- Drive hiring outcomes through proactive stakeholder engagement, data insights, and continuous process improvement.

- Experienced Talent leader with a proven track record in scaling highâgrowth, productâled, or techâenabled organisations.
