About Euc

At Eucalyptus, we’re on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than one billion people globally live with obesity, a leading cause of preventable chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease. Through Juniper, our flagship weight‑management brand, we combine GLP‑1 medication with personalised nutrition, exercise, and ongoing support from a multidisciplinary clinical team. Our approach makes patients 4× more likely to achieve meaningful weight loss and we’re just getting started. As we scale internationally, we’re expanding into new conditions and treatments to give patients a single, trusted destination for better health. We’re on the path to support 1 million patients and build the world’s most trusted digital healthcare service.

About The Role

We’re looking for a GM, New Verticals to lead the end‑to‑end creation of new health categories – starting with diagnostics, hair loss, menopause, and skincare. You’ll shape early MVPs, design patient journeys, drive go‑to‑market, and own commercial success. This is a role for a builder: someone who can bring clarity to ambiguity, shape high‑trust patient experiences, and ship high‑quality launches at speed. You’ll have meaningful autonomy and the chance to build multiple businesses inside a fast‑growing health company.

What You’ll Do

  • Build from zero to one: Own the full lifecycle—from proposition to MVP—testing rapidly with patients and clinicians to create high‑trust experiences.
  • Launch and scale: Lead go‑to‑market execution including proposition, content, marketing assets, education and PR, ensuring every launch is high quality, patient‑centred, and commercially sound.
  • Design exceptional patient experiences: Partner closely with Product, Medical, Marketing, and Ops to build seamless, intuitive journeys that solve real patient problems.
  • Shape commercial strategy: Own the P&L for each vertical, defining pricing models, growth levers, and pathways to long‑term sustainability.
  • Refine and grow: Use data and feedback to iterate fast, improve outcomes, and evolve the model, including identification of new treatment areas.

About You

We're looking for a true founder at heart—someone passionate about health and driven by the excitement of building transformative experiences from the ground up. You thrive in early‑stage environments, love solving complex problems, and have a proven track record of turning ambitious visions into impactful realities.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven Commercial + Product Operator (8+ years): You’ve owned strategy and execution for new products or ventures—taking ideas from concept to launch, shaping propositions, and driving adoption in fast‑moving environments.
  • Passion for health, with experience in health or D2C: You may come from digital health or world‑class D2C/subscription businesses, but you’re united by a deep interest in improving people’s health and turning insights into high‑trust experiences.
  • Builder mentality: You’ve built or scaled something from zero—bringing clarity to ambiguity, moving fast, and balancing scrappy execution with long‑term vision.
  • Data‑driven and outcome‑obsessed: You interrogate data, run experiments, and iterate quickly—focusing on the actions that meaningfully improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Cross‑functional leader: You align product, clinical, marketing, and ops around bold goals—driving pace, clarity, and collaboration to deliver high‑quality launches.

Behaviours & Attitudes

  • Patient‑first mindset: You hold yourself to a high bar for clinical quality and empathy, ensuring every vertical we launch genuinely improves patient health and experience.
  • Entrepreneurial drive: You’re creative, resourceful, and comfortable navigating uncertainty—but you also bring the structure and follow‑through needed to deliver complex initiatives.
  • Strategic and tactical balance: You set a compelling vision, but you’re equally willing to dive into the detail to ensure launches land with excellence.
  • Curious and growth‑oriented: You're intellectually curious and humble. You actively seek new perspectives, adapt your thinking based on evidence, and embrace the learning curve of building in new health domains.

Bonus Points

  • Direct experience in health or preventative care (particularly our new business lines).
  • Experience working closely with engineering and product design functions.
  • Successful track record in launching and scaling subscription‑based health services.
  • Experience developing and bringing data‑driven health products successfully to market.

So, Why Join Eucalyptus?

  • Make real impact, fast – We build in the open together, which helps us learn and iterate more quickly so we can deliver high quality outcomes faster than anyone else.

  • We also offer a range of benefits including Your own stake in the business with our employee options program.
  • Newly opened HQ in vibrant Old Street, designed for focus and collaboration.
  • A flexible hybrid setup: 3 days a week in our Old Street office.
  • A monthly wellness allowance, for you to spend on whatever wellness means to you.
