The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Finance Manager to lead our UK finance reporting and operations and support our international growth. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, compliance, and performance insights for the UK business, while partnering closely with Group Finance, Operations, and Growth teams. It’s a highly visible, hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
About You:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 5–8 years' experience in accounting or finance, ideally combining practice and commercial experience.
- Strong understanding of UK accounting standards, tax, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with global stakeholders.
