About the role (What you’ll be doing)

We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to help shape how patients experience Juniper through every email, SMS and digital touchpoint. Juniper is on a mission to make healthcare feel human again - empowering women to take control of their health through empathy, science and design. As part of our growing CRM team, you’ll play a key role in delivering personalised, emotionally intelligent campaigns that support women on their health journey.

Working closely with our Senior CRM Manager, brand and medical teams, you’ll execute, optimise and scale data‑driven lifecycle marketing that inspires confidence, builds connection, and drives retention. This isn’t about sending generic campaigns or chasing vanity metrics - it’s about helping women feel informed, motivated and proud of their progress.

In short, this role includes:

  • Executing CRM campaigns across email, SMS and other owned channels (using Customer i.o or similar ESPs).
  • Developing segmentation strategies to deliver personalised, behaviour‑based content throughout the patient journey.
  • Owning and optimising automated flows (Onboarding, Follow‑up and Winback etc.) to improve engagement and adherence.
  • Collaborating with creative, brand and medical teams to ensure clarity, empathy and consistency across every message.
  • Conducting A/B testing to optimise open, click‑through and conversion performance.
  • Managing weekly CRM reporting and analytics, highlighting insights and opportunities to improve patient experience and outcomes.
  • Maintaining database hygiene and compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations.
  • Exploring and implementing new CRM technologies and AI tools to enhance workflow, creative ideation and personalisation.
  • Supporting design direction and content creation by inputting copy and assets into CRM templates (Figma familiarity is a plus).

About you (Who you are)

  • 3+ years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing, ideally in a DTC or healthcare brand.
  • Hands‑on experience with Customer i.o, Braze, Iterable or similar ESPs.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, automation and campaign performance metrics.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Figma or equivalent design tools.
  • Proactive in using AI tools to streamline copywriting and creative workflows while maintaining brand tone.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for clean, human‑centred communication.
  • Understanding of GDPR and best practices in email marketing.
  • Collaborative, curious and eager to learn from cross‑functional teams.
